“This medium to dark roasted speciality coffee from Colombia is one of my favourites. It goes so well with a dessert. Just perfect with the sweetness of the sticky toffee pudding & vanilla ice cream. It counteracts the sugars with its deep dark taste and nutty flavours. Simply amazing.”

This charming coffee is grown by a co-operative of indigenous reserves (CENCOIC) in the Cauca region of Columbia. There is good reason for the sweet, fruity finish. The coffee is grown amongst panela, a type of sugar, as well as plantains, pineapples, yucca and lemons… flavours which emerge in every cup. Twelve families from the Manantial Association work together in the mountains at around 1,700m to 1,850m to grow this delicious beauty. When you buy this coffee, not only are you getting great taste you are also supporting these families and their livelihoods. Simply choose your grind type, add to basket and very soon you’ll be enjoying freshly roasted coffee at its finest…
