The Origins of Our Indonesia Coffee
Our Indonesia Coffee comes from north-west Sumatra, an area famous for its coffee.
Grown at altitudes between 1200m and 1600m, the beans go through a method of processing called The Galling-Basah Process, which is unique to this part of Indonesia. The method results in a raw coffee with a deep green or blue hue and creates a special cupping profile.
